地點:廣東江門

(一)崗位職責Responsibilities

①、分析市場數據,識別定義新的消費群和新技術的機會         
Market data analysis, identify new consumer and technology opportunities         
②、製定產品策略(包括產品定價、促銷政策、銷售渠道計劃)和產品階段實施目標         
Make product strategy (including product pricing, promotional strategy and channel plan) and phase implementation objective for products          
③、負責產品及包裝的管理與創新,提出產品優化和改進的建議,並監控實施         
Responsible for managing innovation and R&D for products and packing, propose recommendation to optimize and improve product and to supervise the implementation         
④、製定新產品上市計劃,協調公司各部門以推進項目的執行         
Make launching plan for new products, coordinate with other department to push the project         
⑤、產品外觀工業設計和外包裝設計         
Industrial design for appearance and packing design          
⑥、產品培訓         
Product training         
⑦、對競爭品牌產品的性能、價格、促銷手段等各方麵進行收集、整理和分析         
Collect, organize and analyze the information of competitors on product performance, pricing, promotions and so on         
         
2、責任範圍  scope of responsibility         
對製定產品策略、產品外觀和包裝設計,以及控製項目進度和費用負直接責任         
Direct responsibility for making product strategy, appearance design and packing as well as project implementation and expense         
         
3、權力範圍 scope of power        
向技術科發放產品機型準備通知,產品優化和改進建議通知,參與產品設計評審會議及匯簽         
Send notice to technical section of model preparation, product optimization and improvement proposals and auditing meeting and signature for product design

1、基本要求 basic requirement         
①、同等學曆要求:本科及以上學曆         
Equivalent academic requirements: above university education         
②、專業學科要求:營銷類、管理類、技術類相關專業         
major requirement: marketing, management, techniques or relevant majors         
③、必須的工作技能:英語聽,說,寫流利;熟練掌握電腦操作;較強的溝通能力和文字表達能力。         
The necessary job skills: good ability of listening, speaking and writing English, computer proficiency, good communication skills and writing skills         
④、工作經驗(經曆與時間)要求:         
Work experience (experience and time) requirements         
三年以上豐富的市場營銷經驗,曾有在銷售,研發部門及產品公司工作的相關經驗         
over 3 years of marketing experience; rich relevant experience in working in sales department, R&D or product company         
⑤、基本的職業素養要求(與職業相關的品質特殊和個性特征):

主動性強,思維能力強,有較高的職業道德素養及吃苦耐勞的精神,需要長時間工作和出差

①、熟悉產品開發工藝與流程         
Familiar with product development techniques and flow         
②、熟悉市場策劃、推廣技能

③、熟悉市場調研、預測方法與技術         
Familiar with marketing survey, forecast methodology and techniques         
④、熟悉項目管理與團隊管理能力         
Familiar with skills for project management and teamwork management
